Hong Kong · Smart logistics software

The back-end that keeps lockers, AGVs and vending machines in sync with your business.

Onekore Technology builds the server-side software behind smart logistics equipment — device management, order flow, payments and integration with your WMS and ERP — and advises companies taking warehouse automation overseas.

What we build for

Three kinds of equipment, one way of running them

Hardware makers and operators come to us when the machines work but the software behind them doesn't scale. We write the server side: the part that decides what each device should do, records what it did, and reports it to the people who care.

Smart lockers

Parcel, cold-chain and staff lockers. Deposit and pickup flows, cell allocation, courier and recipient notifications, overdue handling, and remote unlock for support teams.

cell state sync · pickup codes / QR · multi-carrier · offline fallback

AGVs & mobile robots

Fleet-level task management above the vehicle controller: order-to-task splitting, station and shelf mapping, traffic priorities, exception queues and shift reporting.

task dispatch · station / shelf model · VDA 5050 & vendor APIs · KPI export

Merchandise & vending machines

Unattended retail and spare-parts dispensing. Planogram and stock levels per machine, payment reconciliation, replenishment routes and out-of-stock alerts.

inventory per slot · payment gateways · replenishment planning · telemetry alarms
Platform capabilities

Built as a service layer, not a one-off app

Every project reuses the same proven core, so a new device type or a new customer front-end is an integration, not a rewrite. Deployable on your cloud account or on-premise inside the warehouse network.

Device management

Registration, heartbeat, firmware and configuration push for thousands of endpoints over MQTT or HTTP, with per-site grouping and health views.

Order & task engine

Turns business orders into device actions and back: state machines with retries, timeouts and manual override, and a full audit trail per order.

Integration

Adapters for WMS, ERP and e-commerce platforms, plus REST and webhook APIs so your own systems and apps can drive the equipment.

Payments & billing

Card, wallet and QR payment gateways for Hong Kong, mainland China and Southeast Asia, with settlement reports and refund handling.

Monitoring & alerts

Operations dashboards, SLA metrics and alarm routing to the right team by site, so a jammed locker or a stalled AGV is seen before the customer calls.

Multi-tenant & multi-language

One deployment serving several operators, brands or countries, with role-based access and Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English out of the box.

Consultancy

Taking warehouse automation overseas

Equipment vendors and logistics operators expanding into Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia face the same questions: which local standards apply, how the software has to integrate with the customer's existing systems, and who supports it after go-live. We have been on both sides of that hand-over.

  • Requirement and site studies for sorters, shelving/AGV stations and locker networks
  • Software and integration architecture reviews before the contract is signed
  • Vendor and sub-contractor evaluation for installation and after-sales service
  • Go-live planning, acceptance test design and support-model setup
Phase 1

Scope & feasibility

Site visit or remote study, data flows mapped, gaps between the equipment's software and the customer's systems listed with effort estimates.

Phase 2

Architecture & tendering

Integration design, API specifications, and a clear split of responsibilities between equipment vendor, software team and local partners.

Phase 3

Delivery oversight

Milestone reviews, factory and site acceptance tests, commissioning support alongside the installation team.

Phase 4

Operate & support

Monitoring, spare-parts and service-contract planning so the system keeps running once the project team has gone home.
